Night Nest is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or, on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service), together with the terms below.
Night Nest Plus
- Night Nest Plus is available as a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google account) when you confirm the purchase.
- If your plan includes a free trial, you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Moonbeams and decor
Moonbeams are earned by using the app and can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money. They and the decor you get with them have no cash value.

Night Nest is a habit and wellbeing tool. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition, and its sleep and phone-free figures are estimates. If you have concerns about your sleep, please talk to a healthcare professional.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
