CatDex is provided by NoctisPeak. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (or the equivalent Google Play terms), which govern your purchase.

Breed identification

Breed results are generated by AI from a single photo and are a best guess for fun and learning. They are not a pedigree certification, a veterinary assessment or advice about a cat's health or care.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you scan. Only scan photos you have the right to use. You give us permission to process each scanned photo solely to identify the breed, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or its servers, for example by sending automated requests or content that is unlawful.

The app is provided as is

We work hard to keep CatDex running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, NoctisPeak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app.
